TOCOR 200 TOC in Water Analyzer

Online monitoring of condensate, process, surface and waste water for contamination of organic compounds.

Versions:

TOCOR 200 TH: Monitoring for a wide range of organic compounds.

TOCOR 200 UV: Monitoring of specific known organic compounds.

Measuring Principle:

Inorganic carbon substances in the sample are removed in the stripper. The remaining organic carbon compounds are oxidized to CO2 in a reactor (thermal or UV, depending on the application).

The CO2 generated from the reaction is carried to the internal NDIR gas analyzer by a constant flow of carbon-free carrier gas, generated by the TOCOR 200. The measured value is displayed and output as mg/L carbon.

With the optional sample stream selector, a single TOCOR 200 can measure up to five sampling points.
