Todays analytical lab is faced with
continuous growth in number and type of analyses. Most lab analyzers cannot meet this
challenge; they are geared to performing specific tasks. Lacking flexibility, they are
unable to meet continuously changing analytical demands.
The EVA systems modular design, however, expands the horizons of
analytical chemistry. Varied combinations of stand-alone EVA units give you flexible,
user-specific, expandable system configurations.
EVA-Master - incorporates a data processor,
controller and detector. Changing to a new detection method is as simple as changing the
drawer in the Master module.
EVA-Manifold - for method-specific chemical/physical
processes such as mixing and reaction of samples and reagents, dispersion, reduction, gas
diffusion and extraction.
EVA-Injector - an 8-port rotary inject valve, easily
programmed with injection volume, load/inject intervals, dual injection of different
volumes and random access to ports.
EVA-Pump - peristaltic pump with integrated
microprocessor transfers sample, reagent and carrier. Pump functions can be programmed
quickly and easily, e.g. pumping intervals, flow rate and output volume, flow direction,
on/off switching of the pump channels and gradients
EVA-Selector - programmable 8-port diverter valve,
responsible for multi-point selection for on-line analysis, switching from samples to
standards and introduction of different reagents
EVA-Sampler - with up to 114 positions for samples and
calibration standards. The system operates unattended when controlled by the EVA-Pump,
EVA-Injector, EVA-Selector or EVA-Master.
