CLD 700 EL
Chemiluminescence NO/NO2/NOX Analyzer
The CLD 700 EL two-channel nitrogen oxide analyzer permits continuous simultaneous
measurement and display of NO, NO2 and NOX concentrations. It can be
connected directly downstream of a gas cooler and can be used alone or in parallel with
other measuring instruments.
Technology that makes an impression.
The special feature of this measuring instrument
is the concept of two parallel reaction chambers. They permit simultaneous measurement of
NO and NOX, allowing the instrument to display precise NO2 values
without delay. The chambers are secured by means of a single screw and, consequently,
easily accessible for quick cleaning when necessary.
Pressure variations in the sample, which
can occur where industrial applications are involved, are removed with the assistance of a
refined bypass system. The analyzer conforms not only to the highest mechanical standards
but is also state-of-the-art in terms of its electronics. For example, periodic zero-point
measurement and synchronization of the two channels by means of an optical positioning
procedure guarantee a high level of signal stability.
Very simple operation.
The
user can operate the instrument by means of the built-in keypad or through a PC. The
options extend from setting the parameters with which, for example, the automatic
calibration should operate, to switching individual modules on and off. Manual operation
of the CLD 700 EL, with the keyboard, is guided by simple menu-structured software.

The CLD 700 EL is frequently used in installations which
measure a range of waste gases and have a sample gas treatment facility. Waste
incineration plants provide a typical example of this. Sample treatment in this case is
essential because of the aggressive gases present. If necessary, we can also supply you
with a sample gas cooler together with the instrument.
