The Exhalyzer is an integrated approach to measuring flow and volume by the principle of ultrasonic transit time, O₂ by laser diode adsorption spectroscopy and CO₂ by NDIR spectroscopy and nitric oxide (NO) by chemiluminescence. The Exhalyzer incorporates our CLD 77 AM.

Windows based software synchronizes the measurement and evaluation of all of the parameters to give a complete picture of inhalation and exhalation levels of nitric oxide, oxygen and carbon dioxide while simultaneously tracking the flow, volume and pressure. It is a very fast system, designed to catch the slightest changes in these levels.
