4108 U.V. Fluorescence SO2/H2S Analyzer
Configurations:
Model 4108
This is the basic configuration containing
internal zero/span valves for manually or remotely activated verification checks, on-board
zero air source for "self-zero" checks, and a particulate removal system with 5
micron Teflon filter pad.
Model 4108 w/PERM
Added to the basic configuration described
above is an internal SO2 permeating subsystem that allows "self-span"
checks. The span level created will be approximately 400 ppb, unless otherwise specified.
Model 4108 w/H2S
This combination of units consists of the
basic SO2 monitor (Model 4108) configured to be used in conjunction with the
Dasibi Model 4109 H2S to SO2 thermal oxidizer (a further description
is provided below). This allows the 4108 unit to measure SO2, H2S
and SOX.
Model 4108 w/P&H2S
This combination of units consists of the
Model 4108 w/PERM configured to be used with the Dasibi Model 4109 H2S to SO2
thermal oxidizer. This allows the 4108 w/PERM unit to measure SO2, H2S
and SOX and create a self-span check of SO2 (around 400 ppb, unless
otherwise specified).
Series 4109 H2S to SO2
Convertors
The Dasibi Models 4109 and 4109A Hydrogen
Sulfide Convertors are designed to be used in conjunction with an SO2 analyzer
to oxidize TRS compounds (i.e. H2S, MESH, DMS and DMDS) to SO2
without affecting the concentration of SO2 in the air stream. The purpose is to
allow an SO2 analyzer (such as the Model 4108) to provide a continuous stream
of high quality, non-ambiguous, Hydrogen Sulfide concentration data.
